Connect. Collaborate. Create community change.
About this Lab: We intend to experiment and explore how to open the inner dimensions of our being to generate breakthrough possibilities for self, other, and projects.
We’ll look at what gets in our way with these personal inquiries:
Have you ever:
- been involved in a project where personal conflict inhibited collaborative group results?
- withheld your voice for fear of judgment or rejection?
- not shown up as your best self?
Using current research and learning technologies, we will explore the untapped resources that exist within the inner dimensions of social innovation and of our individual and collective stories. Join on us on a learning journey as we open our hearts to being more curious, clear and connected in collaborating from our whole being through compassion in action and cooperative diversity.
Connections: Make a connection with the inner dimensions of being human, let go of ineffective patterns, allow new ways of being in relationship to your self, other, and the world. Take action that leads you into radical acceptance of ´what isµ in each moment.
Learning: Leave with tools that transform judgment into curiosity and align thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with love and empathy for self and other. Ultimately, connect to the natural source of abundance to co-create and collaborate through radical acceptance and compassionate action/
Projects: Apply new ways of being to co-create and advance social innovation.
About the Community: Pioneers are committed to learning new ways of being. We begin by taking responsibility for ourselves and how we are living. We agree to utilize the resources that serve to vitalize our learning, connections and projects in service to humanity.
About You: As a member of the community you volunteer to be an active participant in our research. You are willing to explore new ways of being and provide feedback on your experiences. The stories created through your results inform future innovations in pioneering the inner dimensions of open hearts in action.
